It is an essential in our bags (especially for travel) and in our medicine cupboards.  We use it for a variety of reasons: If you have a tickly sore throat. Liver and Immunity While the focus right now globally is immunity - understandably - we wanted to also highlight the amazing work your liver does and how it is also tied to keeping us well.
