Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within New Zealand and to Australia. International shipping rates: Australian orders under $150, shipping = $35. For orders over $150, shipping = $25.
Do you offer click & collect?
Yes, if you live in Dunedin, simply select "Pickup" at checkout, then swing by our cellar door to pick up your parcel. We are located on 401C Princes Street, Central Dunedin (access from No Name Alley off Police of Bond St).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our couriers are contracted to deliver between 2-4 working days, with rural deliveries typically taking another couple of working days. However, sometimes these timings can change; this is outside of our control. If your package has taken longer than usual, just get in touch, and we can track it down for you.
Why doesn't my address work?
If your address doesn't work when you try to complete your order, it's likely that your postcode hasn't been loaded into our system. Please contact us, and we'll sort it out for you!
What if my package is damaged?
Do not fear! Just snap a photo and get in touch, and we’ll replace your order. We package things really well, so this rarely happens!
Products
Are your products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Pregnancy - All of our formulas are safe to take during pregnancy except for the following, which are not recommended: Anti-Flam, Liver Bitters, Mood Boost and Hormone Balance.
Breastfeeding - All of our formulas are safe to take while breastfeeding, except for the following, which are not recommended: Liver Bitters and Hormone Balance. As with all of our formulas, please stick to the recommended dose, and if any sensitivities arise, cease taking the tonic.
Are your products safe for children?
Our tonics are formulated with your family in mind. We use them with our children, and we would love you to do the same. If you are interested in our other formulas, check the 'how to take' panel on each product page to see what ages they are suitable for.
Can I take my products together?
Yes, you can take our products together. If you have more than one area that you would like to support, you can absolutely use a combination of our products across your day. However, we do not recommend mixing multiple products into the same dose or drink. Taking them separately is always the best approach. This is because many of our formulations rely on specific sensory or physiological responses to work effectively.
Are your products organic?
Wherever possible, we use certified organic ingredients. However, not all of our ingredients are organic. This is because some of our herbs are wild-harvested, meaning they grow naturally in spray-free environments but cannot be certified organic. There are also a small number of ingredients where we prioritise quality and sustainability over organic certification alone. Certified organic ingredients are clearly labelled on each product's ingredients panel.
Why wild harvesting?
Every one of our products has a wild-harvested element - meaning we get to share a little piece of Aotearoa in every bottle. For you, that means fresh, locally sourced herbs with fewer miles travelled and minimal packaging. But it also means reconnecting with the plants that often go unnoticed yet have supported us for generations.
