Active ingredients in each 1 ml dose:

^ Californian Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) T.E fresh flower 500mg

°Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) T.E fresh flower 350mg

°Certified Organic, ^ Wild Harvested, T.E (Tincture Equivalent)

Base ingredients:

Non-palm vegetable glycerin, spring water, and ethanol (25%).

Contains no added:

Sugar, gluten, yeast, dairy, and no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives or sweeteners.

Recommended dosage:

For nervous system support (feelings of anxiety and worry): 2.5 ml x 3 daily 

For sleep support: 5 ml 1 hour before bed, 2.5 ml right before bed

Max dose: Can be taken up to 3 x daily or 7.5ml - taken straight or diluted in water or juice. 

Advice: Use as directed. Discontinue if any irritation arises. If symptoms persist see your health care professional. Store in a cool dry place

Contraindications:

Those with allergies to the Asteraceae family (artichokes, daisies) should take care when taking chamomile due to a possible allergic reaction
