Description
Zinc exhibits anti-viral activity, making it a great way to support immunity – especially when you seem to be ‘catching’ everything. 

We recommend adding zinc drops when purchasing our Immunity Tonic or any of our Immune & Respiratory range.

This liquid format allows greater absorption and is safe for children, vegans, and pregnant and breastfeeding people. Use under the supervision of your healthcare professional to ensure appropriate dosing.

There are no known contraindications; however, do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a health practitioner. Do not exceed 100mg of elemental zinc daily, long term.
Dosage:
Each drop contains 1mg of zinc sulphate and can be mixed with water or juice.
Recommended adult dosage - 5 drops in fluid once daily.

Adults & children 9 over years: Up to 15 drops.
Children 4-8 years: Up to 4 drops.
Children 1-3 years: Up to 3 drops.

Also contains: Purified water, citric acid, sodium citrate and potassium sorbate.
No added: Sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.
 
Interactions:
Zinc may reduce the absorption of tetracyclines (antibiotics). Take zinc at least 2 hours away from medication.
