Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Tincture equivalent fresh root 510mg

°Turmeric (Curcuma longa) Tincture equivalent fresh root 235mg

°Lemon (Citrus limon) Tincture equivalent fresh fruit 187.5mg

^ Akeake (Dodonaea viscosa) Tincture equivalent fresh leaf 25mg

^ Horopito (Pseudonwintera colorata) Tincture equivalent fresh leaf 2.5mg

Black pepper (piper nigrum) Tincture equivalent fresh pods1.25mg

Base ingredients:

Spring water, non-palm vegetable glycerin, citric acid and salt.

Contains no added:

Sugar, gluten, yeast, dairy, and no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives or sweeteners.

Recommended dosage:
Adults: 5ml - max dose: 5ml 5 x daily
Children (2-12 years): 2.5ml - max dose: 2.5ml 5 x daily
For relief: Up to 5 x daily
Support vitality: 1 x daily. Taken neat or in hot/cold water (dilute to taste up to 1:10)
